The White Plains Cooperative Market has been red-hot. The Average Selling Price of a White Plains cooperative in May was $203,863.  While the Original List Price to Sale Price Ratio topped out at 95.0%, the highest ratios we’ve seen since June of 2012 (95.3%).  Additionally the Average Days on Market nosedived to just 121 days during the month of May.  That’s the lowest average days on market for White Plains cooperatives dating back to June of 2008’s 126 days on market.
