Ragetté Real Estate's commitment to growth is focused on hiring and training new and experienced agents. We have developed a training system that "almost" guarantees your success in your new career. We have hired and trained more successful salespeople in our market area than any other real estate firm. One of the reasons they came to Ragette is for agent training. Here are a few highlights of the programs available for sales staff.
1. Quick Start Program
The New York State real estate license courses teach you about agency law, contract law, purchase and sale agreements, fair housing and many important subjects. However, they don't teach you how to sell real estate. Real estate is a "contact" business and making contacts dictates your success or failure. One of your first modules will be to learn how and where to prospect.
We will take several weeks on a step-by-step basis to look at the many ways to prospect and meet buyers and sellers. The concept is to teach you all the different forms of prospecting, and have you choose the ones you like and have the most success through, to continue on with after the training is completed
2. Training Classes
We offer training modules for new and experienced agents. There are twenty-three different sessions discussed, from, appointment techniques, negotiating offers, computer programs such as CRM / lead funnels and landing pages, prospecting and marketing ideas, selling properties with the internet as a tool, and dialogues to effectively use with new clients.
3. Mentoring for Success
We will introduce you to our accomplished sales agents. You may partner up with a veteran agent to assist you in the field on seller and buyer presentations, who meet our mentoring educational and performance standards.
4. National Association of REALTORS University
A virtual reality online library of information and course offerings. You can become e-certified, learn about the value of Internet marketing, educate yourself on today's consumer profiles and be better prepared to compete in today's changing real estate industry.
5. One on One Broker Assistance
Our broker is always available to assist you with your needs and questions seven days a week. We are focused on your success.
6. Weekly Office Sales Meetings
Once a week, we meet and discuss current topics and events affecting our business. We periodically have outside speakers address specific topics in their area of expertise. Our sales staff is the most informed and therefore most knowledgeable staff in Westchester.
7. Quarterly Company Sales Meetings
We bring in a professional sales trainer who discusses sales skills and techniques. Are you good at rapport building? Do you know how to stage a home? What is your business plan to build your business? These are some of the topics addressed at the quarterly breakfast meetings.
