Is Ragetté Real Estate part of a franchise?

No. We feel that large national franchises cannot effectively meet the needs of the local consumer. Their emphasis has always been on the number of agents, not the quality of agents.  At Ragetté Real Estate we only hire agents who understand client loyalty and are local real estate experts.

Are there any franchise, transaction, or company fees?

No.  We do not charge any franchise, transaction, technology, desk, administrative, or any other kind of company fee. 

Is there a charge for property signage?

There is no charge for use of Ragetté Real Estate property or open house signage.  In fact, we will even put up the For Sale signs for you!  Status riders are also available.  There is a small additional charge for personal sign riders marketing your dedicated business phone number; however, we will create and submit all the required artwork free of charge.

Do I have to purchase my own business cards?

Your first set of business cards are on us.  All business card orders afterward are charged to the agent.  We offer different price levels to accommodate any agent’s budget. We will also create and submit all artwork free of charge.

Can I work at Ragetté Real Estate part-time?

Yes.  We are invested in acquiring, training, and developing the right people to be Ragetté Real Estate agents.  Even if you are a full-time teacher, for example, and can only work real estate on weekends, we are still willing to give you an opportunity as long as you are committed.
